Our Privacy Policy

Participating in one of our studies provides you the opportunity to express your opinions and attitudes about products and services. We collect certain contact and demographic information in order to ensure our respondents accurately represent the population our clients wish to better understand. Personal information of this nature is not, however, disclosed to any third party, but rather combined with the responses of many other study participants. We assure you that your individual responses are confidential and that your identity will be protected. Our sponsor will then use the aggregated results of our research studies to make important decisions regarding its products and services.

Gongos Research monitors the privacy policies of other industry organizations and related legislation. As a Marketing Research Association member, we are expected "to follow principles of honesty, professionalism, fairness and confidentiality to guard the interests of the public and our clients in order to promote good business practices." We are committed to respecting your privacy and wish to avoid any actions that reduce confidence in the marketing research industry. To protect your identity, Gongos Research does not resell, rent, trade or otherwise redistribute personally identifiable information to anyone outside of our company, unless required to do so by law or to protect our property and the safety of our employees and that of others. In addition, you will at no time be contacted for any sales or other direct marketing effort as a result of participating in a Gongos Research study.
