Behave in a manner that supports a safe and comfortable environment for all members.
Do not post any of the following: material that advocates illegal activity, advertising or any form of commercial solicitation, spam.
Unacceptable language
Please refrain from posting anything (including "jokes" that may be misconstrued as) obscene, vulgar, illegal, harmful, insulting, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, untrue, or invasive of someone else's privacy. We (i.e. Gongos Research, inc., and our clients) will not tolerate hateful communications - including, but not limited to those targeting race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, weight, or disability. Using misspellings, asterisks or other symbols instead of the actual letters in an offensive word is not acceptable under any circumstances.
Personal attacks
Please refrain from attacking other members of the community. A personal attack might include name-calling, mocking another member or a member's name or family members, using threatening or insulting language, or violating another member's privacy.
Advertising and solicitations
Do not use any community areas to buy or solicit for goods, services, or money, or to advertise or sell products or services to others. For example: Please do not post any advertising, referrals, promotional materials, junk mail, "spam," chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation anywhere on the board, including your signature.
Member Rights and Responsibilities
Please bear in mind that what you read in our community areas are other users' opinions and stories. WE (Gongos Research, Inc.) are not responsible for the content of any posts and are not liable for any damage or loss that may result from your reliance on what other users have said, nor are we responsible for any other breach of these rules by a member.
You agree that we (Gongos Research, Inc.) have the right to delete any post and terminate any account (that is, ban a user) with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, our judgment that you've violated the Community Guidelines. You also acknowledge that we (Gongos Research, Inc.) have no obligation to delete content that you find personally objectionable or offensive.
You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your password, private. Sharing of memberships or screen names is not allowed and may result in the member being banned.
You may not disclose to others any of the information that we (Gongos Research, Inc.) disclose to you or any ideas or information that are generated in the community. You will be given a password, and you will not be permitted to allow any other person's access to the community, nor will you be permitted to disclose your password to any other person.
You also agree not to upload, post or transmit to or distribute or otherwise publish through the web site any materials which (i) restrict or inhibit any other user from using the web site, or contain a virus or other harmful component, (ii) violate any laws or violate or infringe any rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right), or (iii) are not appropriate or pertinent to the purpose of the web site or are libelous, defamatory or offensive.
You understand that Tokens earned through participation have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Upon termination of your account by the means described above we are not obliged to compensate you for lost Tokens or opportunities to earn Tokens.
We ask that you do not post anything you do not have the right to publish or violate any copyright or other proprietary rights in your posts. This includes excerpting published articles without the author's permission and posting of video or audio content without the creator's permission.
Sweepstakes Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gongos Research, Inc., 2365 Pontiac Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
Sweepstakes is offered via the Internet or postal mail and is open to all persons age 18 and older who were directly contacted to take part in the survey/recruit. Each individual directly contacted to take part in the survey/recruit may only enter the sweepstakes once; any attempts to enter more than once will not increase an individual’s chances of winning. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes begins on the first day in which the survey/recruit is available for participation and ends at midnight EST on the last day in which the survey/recruit is available for participation.
How to enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the link in your invitation to the survey/recruit web site. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Survey completion is not necessary to enter the drawing. By completing the survey in its entirety, you will be automatically entered. To enter without completing the survey, print your name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Attn: CV7305, Gongos Sweepstakes, Gongos Research, Inc., 2365 Pontiac Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
Prize
Prizes will be awarded monthly totaling $300 in Amazon.com gift codes. Prizes are non-saleable and non-transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of winners
Winners will be selected at random. The drawing will take place within 15 days of the end of the Sweepstakes period. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone within 15 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by e-mail and/or postal mail within 30 days of that notification by replying to the e-mail and/or phone notification with their current postal address. Prize checks will be mailed within 30 days of receipt of prizewinner's claim. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Winners may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 30 days of notification, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and prize amount will be donated to the charity of the Sponsor's choice. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person directly/originally contacted to take part in the survey/recruit.
